An exhibition of the famous BMW Art Car collection is coming to the UK for the very first time – just in time for the Olympics. The Art Drive! exhibition is taking over the London Great Eastern Street car park from 21 July 2012, bringing a chance to see the BMW cars transformed by some of the world’s leading contemporary artists.
CAR designers Andy Franklin and Alex Tapley have pored over our photographers' output from 2009 and announced their favourite pictures of the year. Soon owners of new Chevrolet vehicles like the Corvette, Equinox, Impala, Malibu, Volt, and Silverado will be able to download a range of different apps directly to their vehicles through MyLink. This will be made possible by General Motors' deployment of high-speed 4G LTE connectivity through OnStar, which will allow software to be downloaded directly to the car's infotainment system. Owners will be able to select and download apps though the Chevrolet AppShop, which will be accessible through an icon on the MyLink screen.
